Application
1.YWF External Rotor Axial Fan is a new product developed by our company by combining technology and talent advantages of many domestic colleges through repeated research and trail production.
2.The impeller is directly fixed on the excircle to make axial size smaller. Its successful development is a key breakthrough of axial flow fan and achieves internationally advanced level.
3.These fans are featured by high efficiency, whole sealing, low noise and vibration, short axial size and maintenance prevention, so it has wider applicable fields, can replace the conventional axial flow fan.
4.YWF External Rotor Axial Fan also can be used for kitchens, industrial and mining factories and other places with serious oil, soot and dust.
5.Operating Environment: Elevation: below 4,000m, air humidity: less than 90ºC and ambient temperature: -25ºC~+60ºC for general products, products used in unconventional environment also can be customized.

Product Advantage
High-temperature resistant: All the motor components are made of 180℃ high-temperature pure copper wire, which offers higher temperature resistance and is suitable for a wider range of applications.
High suction power: With a static pressure of up to 1000 pa and a ventilation volume of up to 26,000 m³/h, it has greater suction force and can discharge smoke more quickly.
Stable operation: Both during production and before final assembly, dynamic balance tests are conducted to ensure continuous operation without any faults for 20,000 hours.
Low noise: Utilizing the advantages of the external rotor structure, the noise level can be as low as 60 decibels, achieving complete silence.
Good sealing performance: The motor adopts an external rotor structure, ensuring excellent sealing performance. It is more resistant to water, dust and oil.
